Neulpureun Mokjang Jamsil

Neulpureun Mokjang is a Korean barbeque restaurant focused on Hanwoo(premium Korean beef) galbisal(short rib meat, 갈비살).

It's signature dishes include Gyeongju galbisal(경주갈비살) and yukhoe(육회), served with garlic, salt, pickled onions, kimchi, radish wraps, scallion salad, ssamjang(savory dipping sauce, 쌈장), and seaweed soup(miyeokguk, 미역국).

The meat is grilled over charcoal for an authentic smoky flavor.

You can also order doenjang jjigae(soybean paste stew, 된장찌개), naengmyeon(cold noodles, 냉면), or gyeran jjim(steamed egg, 계란찜).

At the center of the dining hall, an open kitchen allows guests to watch the meat preparation process.
